Launch parties

Tuesday, 5 May 2009

Three successful launch parties have been held to announce the release of Robin's new book, BLOOD BROTHER—Justice at Last. Two were held in Sydney, at the NSW Leagues Club and Kareela Golf Club and one in Melbourne in the spooky surroundings of the Old Melbourne Gaol. At Kareela Golf Club, many guests were close friends of Helen and Steve Gilham, the slain parents of Jeffrey and Christopher Gilham. The release of Robin's book felt to many like a form of closure, now the story has been fully told by Robin and son Jeffrey has been found guilty of the murders of his parents, albeit 15 years after the event. In addition to friends and fans, both Sydney events were attended by Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutor, Margaret Cuneen, QC, who was the prosecutor responsible for bringing Jeffrey Gilham to justice.
